Entre algunas de las funciones que tiene son:<\/p><ul><li>Presidir y convocar la Comisi\u00f3n Inspectorial de Formaci\u00f3n Inicial. (CIF), siendo un n\u00facleo animador del Proceso Formativo Inspectorial.<\/li><li>Coordinar la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Estudios de Salesianidad de cada etapa de Formaci\u00f3n Inicial.<\/li><li>Colaborar con el encargado de Pastoral Juvenil y de la pastoral vocacional en tareas espec\u00edficas de la formaci\u00f3n del salesiano. Elaborar los planes y programas de la formaci\u00f3n permanente para un periodo de uno o dos a\u00f1os.<\/li><li>Realizar la planificaci\u00f3n anual de las fechas de encuentros de los hermanos en sus diversas etapas de formaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan las Directrices se\u00f1aladas por el P. Inspector para:<ol><li>sacerdotes del quinquenio,<\/li><li>coadjutores de votos perpetuos,<\/li><li>tirocinantes,<\/li><li>sacerdotes de grupos etarios.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Coordina con el delegado de la Pastoral Juvenil acciones concretas para trabajar con los laicos que se encuentran en nuestras
